New guide from Polypipe brings entire range together for first time

Tuesday 19th April 2016

For companies that are famous for offering a broad range of products backed by technical expertise, bespoke solutions and sector knowledge it can often be a daunting task to create one central document that provides detail while being easy to use.

That’s exactly what Polypipe, the UK’s leading manufacturer of sustainable drainage and water management products, have aimed to capture with the launch of their new Civils and Infrastructure Product Guide.

Designed to provide quick, easy access to every product and service available from Polypipe Civils, the guide offers a simple overview for each are of the company’s offering along with a more in-depth analysis of each product’s applications and functions.

While the company’s popular cable protection, Ridgidrain and Ridgistorm-XL piping and geocellular Permavoid and Polystorm ranges will be familiar to many designers, engineers and ground workers, it is perhaps the Fabrications section that will be of most interest to those already familiar with Polypipe.

Not only does the section provide a succinct overview of the benefits of working with Polypipe to create an engineered drainage solution, it also brings together a number of unique product fittings – including RIDGISTORMCHECK flow control chambers and RIDGISTORMACCESS manholes together for the first time as one product ‘family’, making the specification of unique systems through Polypipe’s Technical Services Team even simpler than before.

Emma Nicholls, Marketing Manager at Polypipe, said: “At Polypipe we’re conscious of the role that we play in the construction of some of the UK’s largest infrastructure, civil engineering and residential developments. Because of this, we understand that there is a real need for our customers to build faster than ever before, and we want to be a key partner.

“While we’ve always strived to do this by promoting the many benefits of working with plastic over traditional materials and selecting engineered solutions over ‘one size fits all’ systems, we feel there is a real need to provide detailed technical information in a way that is easy to digest. This brochure, we feel, does exactly that and we’re sure it will be well used by our customers.”
