What time did you wake up this morning?

6am.

What do you usually eat for lunch?

Sandwiches and one banana.

How long has this office, been your office?

About 3 years.

What is your favourite part about Polypipe?

Job satisfaction.

What’s an item in your office that you’ve had the longest?

My personal tape measure.

What is one of the products at Polypipe that doesn’t get enough recognition?

Core product fittings.

If you had to work in another department, which one would you choose?

Technical.

Why?

To understand the dos and don’ts of design.

Who’s your favourite person at Polypipe?

I don’t have favourites.

What’s your perfect Sunday morning?

Doing nothing, eating a big breakfast.

If you had to say your worst nightmare, what would it be?

Somebody you know getting hurt.

Since starting work at Polypipe, did you think you’d end up doing what you do now?

Not this specific role.

How has your most challenging day here helped you?

It’s helped me deal with other challenges.

My family.

How would people describe you?

Organised, knowledgeable, calm.

How would you describe yourself?

Sometimes shy in certain situations, organised and conscientious.

What’s been your best day at Polypipe?

Each time I have been promoted.

Have you ever jumped out of a plane?

No.

What’s been your biggest achievement?

To be able to carry on working for such a long time at Polypipe.

What do you do when you first start working?

Switch on my PC.

What do you do for fun?

Watch football and try to make people smile.

What’s your favourite rollercoaster?

The Big One – at Blackpool.

What’s something everyone should know about Polypipe?

How contentious and loyal the employees are.

How many phone calls do you get each day?

About 10.

When is your next holiday?

Christmas – my next personal holiday is Dubai next year.

What time do you go to sleep?

10pm-10.30pm.

Would you do it all again?

Yes.
