UG466 Side Riser

The UG466 Side Riser is supplied with a separate loose seal which requires on-site assembly.

The Polypipe UG466 side riser is for use with 320mm shallow access chamber bases UG437 & UG537 for installation depths that do not exceed 0.6M.

  • The UG466 is suitable for use with Polypipe Underground 320mm chamber bases UG437 & UG537.

  • Manufactured from Polypropylene and covered by BBA certificate 89/2206​

  • Separate loose robust finned seal supplied with each riser for on-site assembly. Spare seals – UG388B are available

  • No additional joint sealant required for installation. Note: Building sealant conforming to BS EN ISO 11600 may also be used to seal joints between UG466 side risers

  • Seal should be lubricated with Polypipe LUBX lubricant, silicone grease or aerosol lubricant prior to jointing to ensure a watertight seal for first time site testing

  • Avoid using non-Polypipe lubricant as sealing performance cannot be guaranteed

  • UG466 risers may be secured together using FRK504 fixing kit
