Enhanced Foot Design
One of the most notable improvements is the redesigned rest foot. With a larger and deeper footprint, installation becomes simpler, while ensuring greater stability for the UG483. This means smoother installation processes and enhanced performance.
Fit-and-Forget Technology
Our Blue Ring Lock Seal won't distort once installed. As a result of our white, fixed rigid ring, on our new EPDM seal, the shape of the seal stays uniform through the entire circumference of the seal, regardless of how it's installed, providing peace of mind for our customers.
Single Piece Moulded Technology
The UG483 now utilizes single-piece moulding technology, eliminating moving parts and manufacturing the entire body of the fitting as a complete unit. This advancement improves the longevity and integrity of the fitting, ensuring reliable performance over time.
Compliance and Certification
The UG483 is fully compliant with Building Regulations part H for the bend at the foot of a soil stack. Additionally, it carries the BSI Kitemark™ BS EN 1401-1 certification, providing assurance of its quality and reliability.
