Monday 23rd September 2024

We are thrilled to introduce our newest intake of Electrical Engineering apprentices at Polypipe Building Products!

This year, we have six enthusiastic individuals who have joined us to embark on their journey in Electrical Engineering.

Based at our Broomhouse Lane site will be:

  • Ben Binnington
  • Harry Richardson
  • Jakub Waclawski
  • Jack Wood Thompson

Based at our Neale Road site will be:

  • Sam Springall
  • John Taylor

All six apprentices are currently pursuing an Electrical Engineering Level 3 Apprenticeship at Doncaster College. Their college assessor, Daz-Edgar-Barrows, will be instrumental in guiding them through their Apprenticeship alongside the team at Polypipe Building Products.

Here’s what some of our apprentices have to say about their experience so far:

Jack Wood Thompson:

“My time at Polypipe so far has been really fun and I can’t wait to continue working and learning more.”

Harry Richardson:

“I think the first few weeks have been great. I’m taking in lots of valuable knowledge and I’m making the most of this great opportunity. I look forward to learning more.”

Jakub Waclawski:

“I’m enjoying the time here. I’m learning a lot and overall it’s quite good.”

John Taylor:

“Good, enjoying it. Learning a lot already and everyone has been kind and supportive.”

We are thrilled to welcome the new apprentices into the Polypipe Building Products family and look forward to seeing them grow and develop their skills further.
