Your Polypipe WMS SUDS system will be developed to a bespoke design that meets the individual needs of your project. The process is a thorough one, drawing on a full in-house design facility and utilising the experience and in-depth knowledge of our designers, drainage specialists and engineers.

It starts with a full review of your site data and requirements for a water management and drainage solution. This will involve hydraulic and structural load calculations, as well as a full rainwater harvesting assessment based on site characteristics, climate trends and ground conditions.This gives us the information we need to formulate an outline conceptual proposal to meet the unique demands of your development.

If you're happy with the proposal, its costs and its timescales, it will then be progressed to the Auto CAD stage. Using state of the art computer design processes, Polypipe CAD experts will carefully build up a computerised blueprint setting out the scheme arrangement and performance parameters of your system.

Finally, a detailed scheme design provides hydraulic and structural calculations for submission to Engineers and Contractors, along with precise engineering drawings for layout and construction. Crucially, the design process isn’t a standalone function in the development of your SUDS solution, but part of an integrated cycle that feeds into our fabrication, installation and on-site support services to provide a complete, value engineered solution.
