Grid System

Where a structural grid (normally A142 mesh) is in the floor construction the underfloor heating pipework can be attached directly to the grid. The pipe can be attached by either cable ties or by using the clips (part code FH.C.2). The pipe is then laid out to the desired centers and pipe layout. Each loop is then connected back to the manifold and the system is pressure tested with water to check the system integrity prior to screeding or concreting.
