A major project to replace soil stacks on Birmingham City high-rise tower blocks has highlighted the combination of products, prefabrication services, technical support and training services available from Polypipe Terrain.
Many of the original soil stacks were suffering from poor performance due to corrosion and internal build-up. Polypipe Terrain’s Acoustic dB12 was able to satisfy the requirement for a cost-effective, acoustically-insulated piping system that would provide an extended operating life and be easy to install on live applications
Polypipe Terrain developed a series of bespoke, prefabricated piping units that were manufactured specifically for these projects.
