Insulated cavity closer sub frame which achieves a minimum of 30 minutes fire integrity in one product. Made from high quality PVCu with corners and joining pieces available to eliminate all waste with clip in adjustable wall ties, accepts any size or style of window system and does not require dry lining or plaster to conform to Building Regulations. We supply in kit form cut to size and ready to install as a sub frame that can then be built around.
