Available in both insulated and uninsulated versions and moulded in resilient white polypropylene with a bright white, easy clean finish.
All hatches are supplied with a frame with certain models fitted with metal hinges and either a quarter turn catch or a lock for security.

Polypipe uninsulated loft hatches are manufactured to the same exacting quality as our new insulated range. Choose them with confidence but for maximum efficiency and building regulations compliance additional insulation should be fitted on site.

Insulated Loft Hatches
Polypipe new insulated loft hatches are manufactured to the highest quality standards with the added benefit of factory fitted insulation.

All Polypipe insulated loft hatches achieve a u-value of 0.35 w/m2°C, which complies with the robust detail 8.04 of the Building Regulations 2000, Approved Document L, 2002 Edition.
