Polypipe Civils fabrications department has the capability to offer bespoke solutions to fit any application the customer may have. We produce bespoke fabricated solutions using pipe up to 2m in diamater.
We are the only plastic pipe manufacturer in the UK with its own fabrications department. Having an in-house facility is important as it means we can provide tailor made solutions to our customer and our ability to respond quickly to our customer's requirements puts us ahead of our competitors. Many of our fabrications are made as a direct result of communications between our technical office and the project engineers.
Polypipe Civils fabrications are manufactured to a high degree of workmanship and are guaranteed to integrate with our other products. As a result we are able to provide the customer with all their requirements under one roof.
Our fabrications department is housed in our 14,000 sq. m. state of the art dedicated facility. Many of our fabrications are covered by relevant BBA certification where possible. All our experienced fabrications team have undertaken and successfully passed The Welding Institute examinations.
