Polypipe Civils offers unrivalled technical support from the initial stages of a project, through to completion. Our support to our customers is paramount and we are constantly reviewing ways to improve this.
Polypipe Civils have 3 sites in the UK. Loughborough and Horncastle are manufacturing sites and Glasgow is our distribution point for deliveries in the north and Scotland.
Our vast experience in the plastic pipe industry has enabled us to become one of the UK's market leaders in supplying products to the civil engineering, construction and utilities industries. We also produce a wide range of drainage products for the Sports and Leisure industry. Many of our products are certified by third parties including the BBA, BSI, WRc and CSTB.
Polypipe Civils has the largest manufacturing network in the industry, spread over our Loughborough and Horncastle sites. We continue to invest in the purchase of new manufacturing equipment and the refurbishment of existing manufacturing lines. This investment has provided greater capacity, improved efficiency, product development and quality control.
Our sites are supported by our own fleet of vehicles. This enables us to offer our customers definite lead times as we are not reliant on couriers and haulage companies. Polypipe Civils ensures that all delivery personnel complete our Health and Safety training as well as product identification training before they commence employment.
Polypipe Civils Research and Development department use the latest 3 dimensional CAD systems in conjunction with the most up to date Finite Element Analysis software package. Click here to find out more about our research and development department
