Terms and Conditions

• The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Polypipe plc, its agencies or their families.
• No purchase necessary.
• Only one entry per person will be entered into the prize draw. Entries sent in through third parties will not be entered into the prize draw.
• To enter, complete the entry fields above and submit your details online by 15^th December 2018.
• Only one (1) prize can be won per person. Prizes consist of:
  • A short 2-day weekend break for up to two people at a London hotel of our choice, and will include dinner at a restaurant of Polypipe's choice for one evening. The winner will be responsible for their own travel to and from the London accommodation and for any expenses incurred.
  • One of two 1-day Supercar Experiences, available at specific locations throughout the UK mainland. The date and location of the experience will be determined at Polypipe's discretion, to be discussed with the winner. The winner will be responsible for their own travel to and from the Supercar Experience venue and for any expenses incurred. Drivers must possess, and produce, a full and valid UK Driver’s Licence on the day of the experience.
  • An opportunity to win one of five high street vouchers worth £100 each.

The London break and Supercar Experience prizes must be booked between February and June 2018, excluding Wednesday 14^th February (dependent on availability).

• Prizes will be sent via post to the winners' addresses.
• No cash alternative will be offered and the prizes are not transferable.
• The winners will be drawn at random on 15^th December 2018 and will be notified by email no later than 22^nd December 2018.
• The prizes are subject to availability. Polypipe reserves the right to substitute the prizes with others of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond control.
• The names of the prize winners may be obtained by written request.
• The promoter is Polypipe Civils, Charnwood Business Park, North Road, Loughborough, Leicestershire LE11 1LE, UK.
• The winner agrees to the publication of their name for the purpose of publicity.
• The prizes will be provided by Polypipe.
• Polypipe's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these rules may be disqualified.
• Polypipe reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this Free Prize Draw without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
• Polypipe reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
• Entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
