Current Vacancies
Administrative
At Polypipe we have an extensive team dedicated to supporting the day-to-day activities of the business. They play a key role in the development and maintenance of the company, both client and colleague facing, by providing valuable support for a stable and reliable workforce.
Financial
The finance department is responsible for all financial administration to the departments within Polypipe. Finance assists in the preparation of the annual budget, arranges for annual financial audit services, prepares periodic financial statements and performs necessary reports.
The department exists primarily to assist in all financial matters and provide responsive reports in order to maintain financial control.
Stock Control
The aim of the stock control department is to minimise the cost of holding stocks whilst ensuring that there are enough materials for production to continue and be able to meet customer demand.
The stock control department works closely with the purchasing and marketing departments in order to ensure the correct balance of products are purchased.
Quality Control

Technical and Product Development
The technical and product development team provide on-going support of transfer, manufacturing and customer interface activities required to develop and support our products on the market.
The department assists in product development and improvement projects in order to identify and implement cost reductions, whilst also ensuring the provision of high quality, safe and effective diagnostic products.

Manufacturing and Operations
Our in house staff covers a vast range of areas providing support for all departments throughout the business. Along with the managers, the team forms a strong basis to which the company can rely.
Due to the nature of our products, Polypipe require some workers to have a certain know how. Under indirect supervision, workers with a skilled trade will maintain and repair all site equipment, plant and machinery, ensuring that it is operating to the optimum performance, specifications and standards.
Sales and Marketing
The sales and marketing department work as an integrated team to generate awareness in a prospective customer and converting that person into an actual customer who buys our products. This integration allows the team to quickly and smoothly move prospects through the decision-making process to buy our products.
Sales and marketing is a vitally important department to Polypipe as this is where the leads and progressions begin.
HGV Drivers (Transport)
At Polypipe we have a fleet of experienced HGV drivers who cover the whole of the UK. When not driving, they offer valued support to the warehouse department with their duties, including forklift work.
Managerial
The managerial department works closely with the other departments to oversee and manage both the day-to-day running and longer term aims. The team is predominantly made up of experienced members of staff who have worked within one or more of the other departments giving a greater understanding and working of the aspects of each area.
